Published so you can self-assess before you apply — and so clients know what a SalesSarathi shortlist actually means.
Why this exists
A shortlist is only worth something if the bar is real. Every partner on it has cleared the same criteria, in writing.
You shouldn't waste an hour on an application if you're not going to pass. Read this first. If you don't meet the bar today, you'll know exactly what to fix.
No contactable references. I will ask. If you can't provide one, we stop here.
Subcontracting the whole delivery. If you're a reseller or a broker, be upfront — that's a different conversation.
Pressure tactics on clients. Fake urgency, hidden costs, scope creep by design. Instant removal.
Going around the process. Contacting a SalesSarathi client directly outside the agreed channel ends the relationship permanently.
Overstating capability. One inflated claim discovered later is enough.
It isn't a listing. You don't pay to appear. You appear because you fit a specific brief.
It isn't exclusive. I work with multiple partners in the same capability. That's deliberate — the client should have a real choice.
Apply in about 15 minutes. I review every application personally and reply within five working days.
Apply to JoinIt isn't a guarantee of work. Some months there are no matching briefs. I won't manufacture one.
It isn't forever. Either side can end it at any time, for any reason, without penalty.
